"The front desk assistant was not friendly on Saturday, but the one on Sunday was very friendly. There are a lot of repairs to be done in room (shower knob, curtains, W.C.), The amenities area carpet is not clean as it was not the stair carpet. They supress the free breakfast."

"1. Please change bath tub knob in room 202, somebody might get hurt. 2. One more trash bucket (besides the one in the toilet) for the room, would be excellent. 3. Please replace luggage rack in room 202 (it is damaged) 4. TV is small. 5. Repair the curtain hanger in the corner Otherwise, the service is excellent. We enjoyed the perfect temperature of the swimming pool, (though the sauna was just mildly warm).Pool table and sticks are at hand (excellent!) The front desk personnel is very friendly. Good idea the 24h coffee. We regretted very much there was not breakfast buffet. Maybe another time. But definitely, we will be back,( hopefully the same room will be assigned to us again!)"
